We understand that judging the size, look and feel of a jewellery item online can be tricky, therefore, we offer a full refund for unworn items, returned in their original packaging with all tags and packaging intact within 15 working days of delivery. This includes Sale items and Special Offers purchased.
To return an item/s please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your full name, order number and a reason for the return. We will then be in contact with you to arrange collection of the unwanted items by courier. Please note that goods purchased online must be returned following this process and cannot be returned at Impilo Collection Studio.
Engraved and “Made to Order” items are non-returnable/non-refundable. See Terms and Conditions of Sale for further information.
We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to return an item and purchase something else, please follow the returns process above, and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
Processing Your Refund
Upon receipt of the returned items and provided all items are returned meeting return conditions, the method of payment originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery and return charges (*exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt, pending the necessary checking of your returned order. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. Bank transfer refund methods will require 3-5 working days to be processed. Please contact us if your account has not been credited successfully after 10 working days.
